The Account Director is responsible for all aspects of account service, from client-agency relationship to profitability. Additional management responsibilities may be assigned by the managing director as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fulfills management duties as a senior member of the organization
- Participates in the business planning activities of the agency
- Manages profitability and conducts fee negotiations
- Manages gross income, maximizing profitability and staffing, developing and recruiting personnel
- Develops reporting personnel so that they are prepared and equipped to move up to the next level of account management
- Oversees strategic development of account business and agency
- Obtains new business from existing and prospective accounts
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS degree

Art Director/Designer or Sr. Art Director/Sr. Designer

We are seeking a Art Director/Designer or Sr. Art Director/Sr. Designer candidate with a outstanding visual aesthetic combined with a dynamic conceptual ability. You must also possess a strong work ethic, thrive in a fast-paced work environment and, of course, have a sense of humor and like to have fun.
You will be involved in creating integrated and unified campaigns for pharmaceutical and consumer clients across all media channels. This will include: logo/identity development, ad campaigns, collateral systems, graphic standards, websites, iPad apps, mobile sites, social engagements, videos, animations... the works.

Back-End Web Developer

Front-End Web Developer

The Front-End Web Developer is responsible for writing web standards-compliant code for use in dynamic websites, rich Internet applications and online marketing programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Front-end development, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting web standards- compliant code
- Web-optimized image creation and/or modification where required
- Strong attention to detail when translating PSDs to the web
- Developing email campaigns for cross client compatibility
- Developing blogs, social media programs, widgets
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2+ years working in an agency setting or similar
- In-depth knowledge of XHTML, CSS, along with Javascript and Javascript frameworks (especially jQuery)
- Experience with translating comps and wireframes into flexible code templates that work seamlessly across modern browsers and platforms (at times even IE6)
- Proven understanding of web development standards/best practices
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced work environment
- Detailed and deadline orientated
- Experience with Adobe CS5 Suite
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and ExpressionEngine is a plus

Senior Web Designer

Senior Web Designer who can provide leadership, vision and innovation for client websites, online marketing programs and mobile applications. This candidate will have demonstrated expertise and best practices, while creating well-designed websites and/or rich Internet communications.
The ideal candidate must have an agency background with experience in supervising a web design team, as well as hands-on execution. This person must also possess a strong work ethic, thrive in a fast-paced dynamic work environment and, of course, have a sense of humor and like to have fun.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creation of all online visual design, including typography, visual concept, photo vision, logo and icon design for the Internet and interactive platforms
- Communicates and coordinates with information architect, writer, production and project manager to ensure that the visual design communicates the client’s brand and desired message, and functions successfully for varying technical and performance specifications
- Develops a knowledge base, on an ongoing basis, of software programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator, including new and existing typefaces; the latest trends affecting the web design/marketing industry; and changing issues within the industries specific to his/her accounts
- Assists creative director with staffing needs—new hires and recommendations to build department
- Determines/recommends team needs, such as supplies, reference guides, software, seminars
- Seeks out resources (talent, freelance services, etc.)
- Empowers other team members to become resource experts (“train-the-trainer”)
- Acts as a liaison with interactive strategy, account services, production and other departments

- Ability to create superior, original designs for the web
